The ambience is great, they offered me a warm tea and the stylist was very good. I believe the only thing they should improve is how long the style last. Mine lasted just few hours

Value for money was amazing - I had a wash and cut, and my stylist sat me down and talked through with me in detail what I’d like. The cut was great and very thorough, not rushed at all. Only thing was that all other stylists were really chatty, and mine didn’t say a word. Not a negative but just a shame, would have liked to have built a rapport. Lovely place!
