Took the weather and time before I went out that night into account and made sure the tight curls would drop into gorgeous waves in time for my evening ecent, which they did perfectly! Hair felt crazy smooth after too, really impressed

Made a last minute appointment, but all the stylists were occupied when I got there. Got transferred to Soho branch, drenched. They offered a glass of complimentary wine. Service is okay but could get a much more satisfying result from another salon with the same price range.
