The hair stylist I had was lovely and really honest. Head massage was so good However. I was really disappointed with the treatment at the end. I went to pay in cash as specified through Treatwell and the receptionist was rude/abrupt saying - I don't have change, we don't accept cash. I made a point of saying (twice) 'Actually that's the option I selected via the Treatwell website.' She was quite argumentative; sorry honey - but sometimes the customer is sometimes right. (I was, I work in CS therefore I can say that) To add insult to injury; I was not shown to the cupboard to get my coat and no one bothered saying bye. Manners cost nothing. It wasn't particularly busy. In terms of the price though - an absolute steal.

I was early but didn’t even have to wait. My hairdresser was Sotiris and he was great! His consultation was detailed and he listened to what I wanted carefully and also gave his suggestions. He was very friendly and even gave one of the best head massages during my hair wash. He really concentrated whilst he was cutting which was great and didn’t get distracted at all. I got a blunt bob haircut and I could see he was so meticulous, making sure it was perfect and double checking the ends and even got to the small details like shaving my neck hair off so when I looked down they wouldn’t show. He also kept asking what I thought of it as he went along and I was very happy with the haircut. He took a lot of care blow drying and styling it, making sure it was perfectly straight. Would have been nice if he gave me a few tips for styling or caring for my dry hair, but I also forgot to ask so if I did I’m sure he would’ve given me advice! Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had and only for £33!
