First of all, the female hairdresser was allocated to me by surprise, she wasn’t the one I had chosen in my booking. Then, she came across very unfriendly. It was my 3rd or 4th visit, but the last experience was the worse and I might not go back again in the near future.

Haircut itself was OK, been here previously with no problems. I pre-paid for medium length haircut but was charged extra for long hair when I got there, I had to pay the extra charge because I couldn't go to a different salon last minute. Bit surprised about this though. The booking details says long hair is defined as 'no shorter than shoulder length' which is an odd wording, but my hair wasnt shorter than shoulders length anyway, it just sat on the shoulders. I personally wouldn't define shoulder length hair as long hair though. Slightly put me off coming back here again.
