I booked a wash and haircut (medium-long hair) via Treatwell, but when I got there, they said my hair was too long and they were going to charge me double what I had already paid through treatwell. In the end, the hairdresser said I could receive a refund if I didn't want to go ahead with the haircut, but I never received this.

Staff at the salon were very nice and welcoming, I even got snacks and a drink. Eileen cut me hair and he did a great job, I was super happy and we had a good chat. I will go again.
