My stylist was very friendly and quite good. The other staff were not friendly or welcoming. They also charged me £20 extra for long hair when i was only getting roots done, where no surcharge was stated in the deal or terms and conditions. They also kept trying to upsell me on products.

I had a great experience, this was my first Brazilian Blow Dry and the process and after care were explained to me. It was an enjoyable experience and a nice salon, it seems clean and professional but also welcoming. Would recommend.
