I had a really mixed experience - at the beginning at was horrendous (the hairdresser was 30 mins late, and then I had to stand up to have some of my hair cut whilst the entire salon was talking about how tall I was)...but then I walked out with the best haircut I've ever had! So yes, I'd go again.

I have decided to have a hair cut very last minute about 4.30 in the day and by 6.50 I already had an appointment in Gusto.
The salon is very lively and music almost makes you wanna move your head in the rhythm of the beats (which is very dangerous while getting a haircut:). The little snack I was given beforehand was also a great touch!
Regarding the actual cut, I had a discussion with my hairdresser about what I want / what is possible and after she cut my hair, I was really happy with the styling.
Would recommend.

Cancelled my appointment less than 1hr before I was due there with no time for me to find another hairdresser then left it with me to get a refund as I’d already paid via treatwell. Had a great experience at the other gusto salon but unlikely to return after this.
