I asked the hairdressers to cut a little more off the back and she promptly argued with me and appeared to take it as an insult. She clearly did not want to listen to my request and I did not want to have to argue with her, so I left it. I have used this salon before but will not be again

Decent/average haircut - my hairdresser was 10 minutes late, which I wouldn't have minded so much if the receptionist had let me know or apologised, instead of leaving me just sitting there.
The haircut and wash took 30 minutes instead of 50 - it wasn't exactly what I asked for, but at least it was cheap.
