Really frustrating experience. Said specifically I didn’t want my hair thinned - hair got thinned. Specifically said I don’t want my fringe too short but because the fringe cut looked like a step cut we had to keep cutting until it looked smooth. Specifically said that I want my hair blow dried - even mentioned it as she started blow drying my hair but then SHE decided that no, we’re going to use the straightener. And even after showing example photos, hair looks nothing like how I wanted it. Really annoyed. And the “luxury mask” is more like a leave in conditioner. Should get a refund really but paid in advance so... there it is.
