Gusto was not as I expected as the Imagery showed a bright, clean beautiful salon. Unfortunately it was quite dark and stuffy. Jana my hairdresser was lovely and really engaging, she listened to what I wanted and was always checking in on me.

Staff were all lovely, very happy with my haircut - but I was charged extra for “long hair” which was a little confusing as my hair was only shoulder length to begin with

The staff here were really friendly. I had really damaged hair from bleaching so they explained my options on how to fix it and it came out looking brilliant.
