Great haircut & I really liked the stylist and the salon. Not crazy about the colour though. I showed several pictures of what I wanted and we had a long discussion before we started but it turned out a much lighter blonde than I’d imagined and nothing was done to correct the orangey colour my previous non-bleach highlights had faded to so they still show through. I wanted ash blonde which I don’t think this is. Also I felt a bit pressured to pay extra for a toner (£17 - which I did have) and for a different type of bleach (I refused this) so I’m not sure if I will be returning.

Although I like the outcome, the process was so painful!! Maria knows how to do highlights but she also knows how to pull hair even when she's applying shampoo or conditioner. She was not gentle at all , not even after I told her that it hurts. I will come back to this salon but I will request for someone more gentle.
