Extremely rude receptionist. Stylist was lovely and I liked my blow dry but the receptionist ruined the experience. I have extensions and she told me off for not choosing that option on the website even though I apologised for not seeing it. (Plus I still can’t see it so not convinced it’s there). Wouldn’t go back
