Friendly staff, nice salon in central location, efficient. Gentle and considerate with brushing/cutting/blow drying. Great cut and my hair is now lovely and healthy!

Awful! Asked for layers and a hair cut had to leave half way through my hair cut and go to another hair dressers to fix the mess. To top it off when asking about the way the layers were going to be cut all I got was “ I’m doing my job darling “ and then the recpetionist also was being rude saying you get what you pay for even though I paid the full price. Would stay away.

My hairdresser was very rude and aggressive. She moved the appointment initially because she had to catch a train and then when I arrived she was rude about me moving a tiny bit when she cut my hair. She told me to sit still like children do and that now she would be cutting my hair a lot shorter. When drying my hair I was asked to “go lower” which I didn’t initially understand. She then very abruptly repeated go lower until I slid down in my seat. At which point I was told I was now too low and to sit up straight otherwise she would be uncomfortable. Her tone was the opposite of what you want from any hairdressers let alone one at this price. I’m assuming I had to slide down in my seat as they are unable to change the height of the seat like other salons? I felt pretty uncomfortable the whole time and not at all relaxed or looked after. My hair cut itself is okay but far shorter than I wanted and I wasn’t asked how I’d like it dried - it’s very curly considering I had to go straight to work. I’ve heard from friends that Gustos is a great place to get your haircut so maybe I just got unlucky but I wouldn’t recommend this salon at all. Not a nice experience
