Nice welcome, offered a drink and did not wait long. Hair was washed and treatment applied but then I was left to wait a long time before another staff member washed it off and I got a bit uncomfortable and cold. Staff was really busy and my haircut was rushed but it was adequate and Marie was pleasant.
