Made me stand up to have my hair cut because it was inconvenient for her to move the chair. Then said that she would have charged me more than what I paid - I have at-the-shoulder length hair and she tried to claim I should have paid for a long haircut. Said she'd charge the same as a medium if I booked with her again. Worst. Haircut. Experience. Ever. Have already steered multiple people away including the ones who were outside thinking about going in.
