Generally a mediocre experience and cut.
The stylist could have been a bit more attentive. Her attention seemed to be elsewhere and not focused on her client.
A service should always be people centred.

Medina cut my hair. It gives me a lot of anxiety to get a hair cut as my hair is very long and important to me.
She completely messed up my hair- the length was super short, she didn’t give me a good V cut and when I asked her to make it more like a V she said it would be too short and it will grow anyway. The layers were also so choppy there was no uniformity.
When I had it corrected there was only so much that could be done, I ended up with the wrong length and shape
I will expect a refund.

I was a little disappointed as the stylist repeatedly being explained I’d underpaid (as they hadn’t updated their prices on Treatwell - the only way you can book online for their salon!). I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable. My hair was rushed and didn’t take. I had been before with a different stylist - but this will be my last visit.
