Overall really poor experience. Booked me in for covent garden, made me walk to another salon in soho, very unprofessional. The stylist spent more time washing my hair than actually cutting it.

Mario was very professional and the cut was good however the appointment was clearly rushed and I felt like I was being hurried out, despite wanting a couple of changed before I left. I think they were likely trying to squeeze too many appointments in at once.
