I went on a Saturday and it wasn’t very crowded like some other reviews mentioned. It was my first time getting my hair cut in London so was a bit nervous about finding a place, but Mario did a fab job and listened to my concerns and shared his suggestions based on what I was trying to accomplish. I also really appreciated that he showed me how much he planned to cut off BEFORE touching my hair with scissors. Highly recommend :)
Ladies' Haircuts
Gusto was very cute and the staff always nice and attentive to details. There are pop corns at every stations and everyone takes care of you and of your needs. The hairstylist was very talented and nice. I love my hair!
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
My hair is ruined. It was blow dried before it was cut so it looked great leaving the salon, but after washing and styling it myself it is completely uneven. I have never in my life had my hair cut after it was blow dried. The stylist didn’t do any quality control - didn’t section my hair (!!!!), didn’t check it was even on both sides or hanging correctly. I thought it was ok because it looked good when he was done. I’m going to have to attempt to fix it myself. Avoid!
