Loved the colour, toning and treatment. A accepted for a one cm trim and they took about three inches off which I did not ask for.

The treatment itself was no problem however the stylist didn't listen to my requests and I felt talked down to, I felt stressed and anxious. I couldn't wait to get out of there and when I mentioned how I didn't appreciate the way I was being treated, it still didn't improve. I don't go to get a treatment done often and see it as a treat so it was very disappointing to have an experience like this.
