This is the most odios team and management ! I booked the most expensive service for a wash and blow dry (extra long) on treatwell even if my hair are not long, and the hairdresser attacked me verbally and front of all other customers saying “she is not paid enough doing my hair because I booked with Treatwell” that “the price is not worth the work” and start botching my hair after letting me wait for 30min … This is not acceptable !!! Don’t book they are really bad it’s a scam !!

It was ok. I wanted a bit of a change but left with my hair still looking almost the same and seemed like the same length was kept to. Not sure if a proper ‘luxury’ hair mask was used as part of the experience as it felt just like normal conditioner left on my hair for like less than 2 mins. Would be weary to go back.

Melania was lovely. My colour looks nice. But the hair cut is awful. My hair is uneven, it was over styled to hide the fact there was so many mistakes. When I got home and washed out the excessive amounts of wax, I could see how uneven both side of my hair were. They offered to correct my hair but I didn’t want anymore cut off, I’m currently waiting on a refund.

Not a good experience for me. I booked a blow dry at 18:20 but the receptionist called me twice and rushed me by asking if I could get there earlier. Understandable as I thought that they (and then found out the salon was pretty empty so what's the rush?! ). After a short welcome, the first thing they told me was that they'd charged £5 extra for long hair. While shampooing, the hairdresser mentioned the conditioner was not included so they charged me another £10. The blow dry was nothing special

Venetia was great! During our consultation, we worked together to land on a style (I have super long hair and just came in knowing I wanted some length off). The wash was nice and relaxing. The cut was great, everything we talked about. She finished up with a blow dry and styled with waves. Felt like a new person after not going to the salon in years. Highly recommend.
