Disappointing, not a great welcome, the staff keeps leaving to smoke or chatting in another language. As soon as you sat down, you will be told how much more you will be paying for olaplex which you must have and a toner, ended up paying MUCH more. Toner was terrible toner, I looked like a grey mouse, far from want was agreed. I would rather go to a more expensive and better salon than here. Not worth it.
