Booked appointment as a treat after work. Was booked for last slot at 7pm so understandably stylist wanted to finish up. However what was meant to be an hour long treatment felt rushed and I was out in less than 25 minutes. I do not believe I received the conditioning treatment mask I booked as hair wash took less than 5 mins. Cut is okay but nothing to write home about.

Marie was brilliant. She gave me a great cut, got rid of all the split ends. And then I showed her my botched colour job at another Covent Garden hair salon, which she managed to correct by putting a warm toner. Absolutely amazing, she knew exactly what to do to fix the situation. I think in a very busy salon, Marie is an absolute gem. Thank you so much & hope to see you soon, you are amazing!
