Was visiting London & needed a haircut, so Google search got me to Gusto Hairdressing.
As soon as I entered, I was made to feel welcome & comfortable.
Ofelia asked good questions and really listened to my responses. She gave a great shampoo & scalp massage then cut my hair the way I wanted with a little variation which I loved!
At no time did I feel less valued because I was just a visitor. I definitely recommend Ofelia & Gusto Hairstyling on Shaftesbury Ave.

I loved coming to Gusto for my haircut. But my last haircut was a disaster. Which stylist you get is such a luck of the draw. When I went, there were only two stylists. Both couldn't speak proper english. I wanted a trim but it wasn't evenly cut, and the stylist could barely understand me (vice versa). I'm so disappointed and don't think I'll ever go back.
Gusto, if you're using trainee hairstylists, then please don't expect customers to pay full price for that.
