Poor service, I was late, which is my fault I admit and I apologised. However, Aurelia brought up repeatedly that she couldn’t be able to finish my cut due to my of my tidiness. I apologised already, which is all I can do to be frank. Life happens and mistakes happen, and I don’t believe she hasn’t been late for even once. I used to go to Gusto’s in Soho, that’s why i had high expectations.
