Nice salon with lovely staff, however my hairdresser cut my hair about an inch shorter than I wanted, even after i specifically asked her to not do so when she showed me the length she intended to cut off. No scalp message included with leave in conditioning treatment. Haircut is not satisfactory, layers have been cut messily and feathering at the front is not even. No water or drink offered to customers despite it being during the July heatwave and the salon AC was broken.
