Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
I liked that the stylist was able to match my colour perfectly to my roots despite using a different brand. The brands listed on treatwell are not the brands used in this salon however, the root colour matched perfectly, although I did find that the stylist missed a small spot. They charged an extra £10 for the blowdry even though I booked a root colour with blowdry but I didn’t mind as they added on a treatment mask complimentary. Overall I had a really good experience.

Continually upselling. Even when I said no they did it and charged me at the end. Feel uncomfortable
