Everything felt rushed. No mini consultation before washing my hair to ask what I wanted. She thinned out the bottom of my hair which is not what I asked for. And I left the salon with hair all over my face and dress. No products was used at all.

I’ve been to this salon twice before and never had this experience. Venetia was talking to other customers and staff during my appointment and walked off multiple times. I feel my haircut was also rushed but I was too nice to say anything. She was also not very nice about my hair thinning due to stress which made me very self conscious. Although she recommended products for me which I appreciate, I felt she could have been more sensitive about it. Very bad experience for me overall :(
