Amazing experience, Emilio did an amazing job, very thorough, and exactly what I wanted - the blowdry lasted for 2 days (normally my hair goes back to curly after 6 hours).
Definitely recommend! Very affordable for such an amazing service

Maria was amazing. She has a beautiful spirit and energy, great sense of humour and she's very talented. She gave me beautiful full highlights at an affordable cost. Loved everyone I met who worked there. What a great first impression! I will definitely return when I'm back in the UK.

Cleanliness; there was a stray wet cloth by the front door which in early tripped over... not a great start
Price/staff: I was charged £4 extra as apparently the probe was incorrect on the website. I was happy to pay, but this seemed unprofessional at the start and made me nervous.
Haircut: good haircut thankfully, despite earlier concerns.
