I was SO pleased with my curly blow dry - my hair looked fabulous and it held so well for days afterwards. Melania did a great job and the whole team took really good care of me. My stylist explained she was running a bit behind when it came to my appointment - when I explained I had an event to get to, the salon was great at ensuring I was out on time and gave me a complimentary hair treatment in the meantime. I really appreciated the attentive and top-quality service, will definitely return!

Paid an extra £10 to book a haircut with 1 specific hairdresser, when I arrived she was too busy to take me and passed me on to her colleague. The cut was a disaster and after it was over I had to book a 2nd appointment in another salon to fix damage
