As this is a new branch of Gusto's, maybe they're still fitting it out, as the seats they're using for the washbasin are not reclining and therefore your neck's at an awkward angle during shampooing.
Otherwise my experience was perfect for what I needed - a quick, well-priced cut. Ophelia was brilliant at turning my tired hair into luscious locks and I'd happily see her again!
