I had a good cut and highlight treatment at Gusto's. The place unfortunately did not want look like the photographs. I was also disappointed to be made to pay an extra £11 as I had supposedly wrongly classified the length of my hair (short - I can't get in a pony tail) and the receptionist insisted I had to pay extra as they deemed my hair to be medium length. I suggest you Gusto add a list of measurements for hair lengths during the booking process.

I just showered and blow dried my hair... it looks amazing! It's still voluminous and a little wavy (not wet dog kind of straight) but without the frizz. Joseph was very nice and took a lot of time. The result speaks for itself. Be sure however, to buy a shampoo without sodium sulfite (e.g. L'Oreal Low Shampoo) in order for your hair to stay that way.
