Cleanliness; there was a stray wet cloth by the front door which in early tripped over... not a great start Price/staff: I was charged £4 extra as apparently the probe was incorrect on the website. I was happy to pay, but this seemed unprofessional at the start and made me nervous. Haircut: good haircut thankfully, despite earlier concerns.

The staff are super friendly and my appointment started on time. Maria cut my hair and she did a great job - she spent time blowdrying it just the way I wanted.
