Really great service, pleasant experience. Took 45 mins longer than the scheduled end time so the ending was a little rushed, but still really happy with the colour and result.
Hair Colouring

I originally booked a cut for 'medium length' hair (as I was going in for a shoulder length cut) but was told on arrival that I would be charged for 'long hair' as my hair was past my shoulders. Given that the bulk of my hair was going to be chopped off to my shoulders in one fell swoop and then actually styled from there, I don't see why I should be charged more (I could have just cut the 5 inches off myself with kitchen scissors and then the stylist would have been free to work on medium length hair!)
I then asked for my hair to be cut to my collarbones. After the first layer was cut, I realised I was being given a bob nearly two inches shorter than what I'd asked for... I quickly asked the stylist to stop and clarified what I wanted (still ended up with a bob.....)
Despite the odd 'length' system and not leaving with the haircut I asked for, the stylist did a good clean job and was super friendly. I've had far too many botched cuts so to leave the salon a little less than ecstatic wasn't the worst
Maybe next time a photo of what I'm after could save the trouble
