Not ideal; the receptionist seemed flustered and not very welcoming, the hairdresser took an hour to do a very basic (and not very good) trim and kept telling me they werenāt used to doing menās hair.

Brilliant Brazilian blow dry. My hair is feeling silky and looks much straighter. Really happy with the results and will be coming back in three months to have it done again
