Really pleased with my haircut. My hairdresser was lovely but seemed very rushed. Haircuts are a treat for me to have some time to myself so I like the hairdresser to be chilled too.

My colour was not at all what I asked for and cut much shorter. I came home with tiger stripes through my hair and had to go and get it fixed somewhere else on Sunday because I couldn't trust they wouldn't ruin it again! The hair dresser I went to in order to fix my hair was mortified by how bad it was.

Everyone I interacted with were very friendly, approachable and professional.
The haircut from Ofelia was amazing - she took a great about of time and cut with precision and expertise.

Did a really lovely job of my colour (although it might be slightly on the light side - will have to see how it grows out!). Trim was simple but well done. Only criticism is doing the toner before telling me it was extra / the price - but overall satisfied and would come back!
