there was a little wait and my appointment time was changed but the staff were friendly, I got a glass of water and the haircut was very good, as was the styling, even if my hair got pulled a lot during styling.

Really satisfied as ever with my experience at gusto. Efficient without being rushed and stylist was fantastic. Listened and advised so I was very happy with the cut.
