I had a wonderful experience at Gusto-- I have extremely thick hair and my stylist had plenty of ideas about the best way to cut it to help me manage the thickness. He was friendly, the atmosphere was great, the salon was clean and my treatment, haircut and styling took only an hour. Excellent salon

Staff were prompt, easygoing and friendly. The salon atmosphere was vibrant but not too loud and I loved my new look. It was exactly how I pictured it.

After trying many salons in London I have to say this is my favourite! The atmosphere is really relaxed yet the staff are efficient, and they really take a lot of care listening and especially finishing (I have curly hair so it takes a bit of work to get the soft curl I really like, but they always are happy to take the time) I always leave really happy with my hair- thank you!
