Good central London location, and friendly staff but disappointed by 2 things: firstly I was told halfway through my treatment that an extra £15 would be added as my hair is longer than shoulder length; secondly the result so far (I had it about a week ago) is reasonable, but certainly not as good as previous treatments I've had where I don't even need to blow dry my hair. Probably won't go back.

I could not be more thrilled with my time at Gusto. Kristine Was absolutely fantastic, listened to me, made suggestions and the proceeded to do an exceptionally good job. I walked out of Gusto feeling relaxed and absolutely in love with my hair!
