I didn't get a great first impression, as my appointment was nearly 30 minutes late, but I received money off my cut for this. Staff were great at making you feel welcome with drinks and snacks. I was so happy with the cut and colour Kristine gave me, so in the end I left happy and will definitely be returning!

Very lovely staff and an extremely pleasant environment. I was offered a cup of tea whilst I waited for my mask treatment and enjoyed lovely conversation with the kind young woman doing my hair. I especially recommend Kristina for hair !
