I was a little disappointed with my experience at Gusto. The end result is fine although I still have noticeable roots. The Treatwell offer does not include a toner and the highlights are single colour. Everything was rushed as the stylist was looking after 2 of us simultaneously. The blow dry was quite rough but lasted well.

They were extremely receptive to cutting my hair exactly the way I wanted, great value for money.
