Maria was super talkative and fun which made it a relaxed and great experienced. She was super knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing the right colour to match my skin tone and hair's natural pigment - it's something I never thought about! She also had good ideas for my undercut and was good at explaining how the different products available in store could help maintain the colour. overalm the staff seems nice and friendly, and I was constantly supplied with fresh water. Only negative about the whole thing was the music - I like dance, but a little variation changes the ambience completely.
