Nice friendly staff. My second Brazilian treatment in the same salon, first visit turned out great, results of second less so. Guessing they changed the product because even though my head was caked in the product, results were less effective and have ended up with a minor dandruff problem. Haircut was average.

QThe staff is super friendly, unfortunately I didn't have a good experience, I paid for a haircut wash and blow dry but I also wanted to discuss with the team changing my hair colour ( price , Their availability etc ) my appointment was 7.30 so I thought they could not do my colour on the same and day . My hair was light blonde ( I used n10 ) and wanted a copper blonde ( 8/9 ) this is also called strawberry blonde . I had pictures and also stress I wanted to stay within the blondes .. the price was 60 at first and after I had my hair with the dye I was told it's 75 because I have too much hair , this isn't the price I was offered , the colour I can not stress enough how upset I feel I'm dark brunette. It will be months before I can fix this mess, my hair was previously coloured so if I tried to bleach it i will loose my hair
