Nice staff who were friendly and welcoming. Not the cleanest salon - lots of old bits of hair on the floor, and brushes clearly hadn't been cleaned between customers (stylist was pulling bits of hair off the brushes)

I had my hair done by Ofelia. I am finally happy with my colour! It is always risky when you try a new hairdresser and I had many bad experiences in the past. Ofelia spent time to understand what I wanted and to show me different options. For the first time in London I had no traces of tint on my forehead and the colour and highlights were exactly as I wanted them!
