The haircut itself was great. I had booked and paid for a haircut via treatwell. When I got there, they told me that I would have to pay £25 more for what I wanted. Although my hair was long and I wanted to cut it quite a bit, I wasn't asking for much more, literally just cutting it off. That was a bit frustrating and should've been better explained on the website. It ended up making the whole thing not worth it as I could've gone elsewhere for cheaper and gotten the same thing done as it wasn't much more than a cut.

This was my third time to the saloon. The atmosphere is great, the staff are really friendly as well. Ophelia, my stylist was amazing. Did exactly what I asked for and the end result was just great.
