I had no expectation, staff were really friendly and asked what I wanted. I arrived early and likely I didn't have to wait. I enjoyed the wash and haircut that I wanted.

I have curly hair and my curls are tight curls I had never dyed my hair the Color I wanted meant I needed to bleach my hair first and that would have damaged my hair My stylest suggested a darker shade and I wasn't sure how it would take to my hair but after seeing the results I was so pleased.There really isn't anything to fault
