I was phoned an hour and a half before my appt to ask if I could delay by 20 mins as they were overrunning. Reluctantly I did so, but then waited another 20 mins once I got there. My stylist was really lovely and gave me the cut I wanted. But I wasn’t impressed with how the salon was run. I’d go back for the value for money cut and great stylist, but would have to lower my expectations of the running of the salon.

I liked the place, but on Treatwell is not specified how long are “long hair”. So, I booked for “medium hair” and at the salon they told me they were long (my hair are slightly above the shoulders).

Sara was brilliant! I have real anxiety about going to the hairdressers but this was an excellent first experience at Gusto and will definitely be returning!
