I got there a bit early and they immediately accommodated me. As I was a bit unsure of how to get my hair cut, the wonderful stylist gave me aome pointers, same goed for the colour (I had thought to go for an ombre but she suggested a balayage would go better with the style I had chosen). Great service, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick and efficient. Ans most impotantly: wonderful result! They did a much better job with my colour than my previous hairdressers. Very happy and would return.

Loved my hair, I took the plunge and cut it short and they look great. Wish they had asked if I wanted to donate the hair though. There was definitely enough! But lovely experience.

Pro: A very friendly hairdresser, and good location.
Cons:
Fringe cut was a mess, I had to go home and fix it as all uneven and straggly.
No scalp massage for treatment / shampoo... a dying skill it seems!
I asked for wavyblow dry, and because I have a blunt cut and straightened hair the hairdresser said it would be easier and last longer if I had it blow dried straight. No tea or coffee offered.
Chairs at washing basin were 90 degree haircut chairs, so being there for wash and another 7-8 minutes for hair mask very uncomfortable.
Overall I wouldn't go back.
