This was my second visit and I was happy with the hair cut I got this time, more than the first time. It was really packed though and they didn't even have enough chairs! The staff are quite friendly and I do think it is very good value.

Been here twice so far, absolutely loved it the 2nd time round whilst first time round on the other hand was a nightmare. An ex-receptionist and another employee was clearly working against Ofelia.
Long story short - Basically, GO FOR OFELIA!
She gives you the time to actually give you the hair cut you want.
Unlike my first time when another employee was trying to do the hair of 2 people at the same time as she basically double booked herself by taking me on despite the fact that I had booked with Ofelia who was ready for me and she had her own another customer, and so she cut mine in literally 10-15 minutes.
The other employee appeared friendly at first, but there's no point having a friendly hairdresser if you rush your haircuts and do a bad job. You know it's a bad cut when you go home and have to try to salvage what's happened- my layers didn't match and was awfully chunky. She was swiping my hair off at such a speed that my layers at the front was literally a bob, and didn't flow into the rest of my hair at all.
That's what you get when someone doesn't care about giving attention to your hair but about trying to get the most customers, and adding more customers to one actual allocated slot.
(I didn't ask her to fix it there and then because there wasn't much you can do- can't stick hair back on can you. Plus the ordeal with the clash amongst staff was very distracting, I was desperate to leave by the end as I was being pressured by the employee and receptionist to be happy with the situation...)
It was quite a stressful ordeal, opposite from the relaxation you expect from a haircut!
I went back but only for Ofelia. Glad I did- I'd only go back again if I book with her specifically again.

Did not feel comfortable. The hairdresser was rude and too quick. Did not feel like a treat in any way.
