I really enjoyed my visit to Gusto. Staff were friendly and professional. Mario cut my hair and he did a fantastic job. He also offered me great tips on how to blow-dry and style it at home which I really appreciated. I'd really recommend this salon and certainly intend to go back.

I was a bit apprehensive after receiving what felt like a telling off from the receptionist (may I suggest moving to a text-based booking confirmation service, as people are busy working during the day and can't always answer calls while it's much easier to fire off an SMS) upon arrival, but my hairdresser Siret was super sweet and really good at her job. She really listened to me and what I wanted, then used her expertise to recommend a compromise for the good of my hair. And the appointment only took 2hrs 15 instead of 3hrs! Exactly what you want from a hairdresser basically :)
