I felt very welcome and at ease at Gusto. My hair dresser, Maria, explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it and convinced me to go for something slightly different to what I would normally go for. I love my hair!

Well they were nearly 40 mins late with my appointment which wasn’t great, BUT they gave me snacks and drink etc while I waited. The hairdresser was a lovely French woman (whose name I can’t recall but it began with L) who cut my hair really nicely - exactly what I wanted so couldn’t be happier with that! And it was awesome value for money as well :)
